Shipping:
We ship via UPS within the continental United States. UPS ships to street addresses ONLY and unfortunately not to PO Boxes. At this time we are not able to ship Internationally or to Canada.
We make every effort to process and ship your order within 2-3 days of receiving it. Deliveries via UPS Ground normally take 5-7 business days once shipped. If you’re in a hurry, expedited shipping (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air) is available on most items at an additional charge.

Out of Stock/Backorders:
If an item is listed as out of stock, please contact us at sales@oranges-lemons.com to inquire if we can possibly special order that item for you. If we are not able to special order that item, we would be happy to suggest a great alternative.
Returns/Exchanges:
You may return any full-priced items for an exchange or refund, as long as they are post-marked within 15 days of the original shipping date. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags still in tact). Shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. This applies to all online or phone orders.

How to Exchange:
If you received this item as a gift, or would simply like to make an exchange we would be happy to help you. Should you desire a different size or a different item altogether, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. Simply call ahead to check and reserve the size. Upon receipt of returned merchandise we will ship the replacement to you. We’ll only charge you $5 for shipping back to you, in addition to any cost difference on the new item.

In Store Purchases:
Items purchased in person at our Delaware location (where you can see, feel and touch the merchandise) can ONLY be returned for exchange or store credit. We ask that you bring back unwashed and unworn clothing items within 30 days, with tags intact. You don’t need a receipt because we’ve got you in our system - your store credit is valid for one year from the date of issue.
Sale Items:
Sale items are always final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We’re happy to give you our two cents on whether something runs big or small, but at the end of the day, you are responsible for your purchase.
Oranges & Lemons Giftwrap:
We would be happy to giftwrap your purchases in either our signature green boxes and yellow grosgrain ribbon or matching green paper for those larger items. Fee for gift wrap is $4.00 per item. *Gift wrap is not available for select items due to their large size.
